Human Intuition is a free collection of 55 short mini-games that test and train your gut feeling: how well you judge size, weight, time, numbers, probability, memory and attention without a calculator, a ruler or a clock. Every round takes a few seconds, every answer is scored from 0 to 100 on how close you were, and after each round you see the true value, so you learn from the miss. There is no sign-up, no login and nothing to download. Your progress stays in your own browser.
Pick a game and play five rounds in classic mode. The difficulty rises gently as you go. If you want something different, try level mode with ten levels per game, endless mode where three mistakes end the run, the daily challenge with five rounds that are the same for everyone, or a random mix of ten games. Your scores turn into a rating per game, a rating per category and an overall rating, plus stars, experience points, ranks and trophies. You can also see whether you tend to guess too high or too low, which is the most useful thing a quick estimation game can teach you.
You can change almost everything: eleven colour themes, accent colours, text size, a colour-blind friendly palette, reduced motion, sound effects, generative background music, vibration on phones and a relaxed timer for players who want more time. The site works on phones, tablets and computers and also offline once it has loaded.
Decisions in daily life are mostly made on quick estimates: will this fit in the car, is this deal fair, how long will the journey take, how likely is the rain? Research on estimation shows that people are surprisingly good at some of these judgements and systematically biased in others. Practice with immediate feedback is the proven way to calibrate. Our guides explain the science behind the games, including Weber's law, anchoring, working memory and the wisdom of crowds, and the methodology page shows exactly how scores and ratings are calculated.
